For me, it all started on Instagram, where I had a little anonymous food page filled with recipes and reviews. Over time, I grew along with the account, and found my voice. Today I document and share everything (the good, bad, AND ugly) with not just Instagram, but also Youtube, Twitter, Email, and now a Podcast, too! I’m continuously driven to share my story while also giving others a voice, because I know what it’s like to feel uncertain, alone, and unworthy. By sharing my stories and lessons, as well as those of my guests, I can educate and empower other women to become their very best selves.
Outside of content creation, fitness, and nutrition, I also love to ride horses, get outside with my boyfriend Andrew, and our Golden Retriever, and travel the world! There is so much to explore and so many things to experience in this world, and I’m determined to soak up as much as I can.
I’ve become an expert on fitness, nutrition, confidence, and mindset through countless hours of research, experimentation, coaching, and self-development work. I also am a Certified Personal Trainer through the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA)
I LOVE to serve my audience (who I consider my #InternetFriends) with educational, relatable, and uplifting content about health, fitness, self-love, positivity, and more. Beyond my free content on social media, I have also created training programs, online courses, and work with a handful of clients 1-on-1.
